Anyone who's read my What's Happening post from Friday will know that Princess Margriet of The Netherlands and her husband Pieter van Vollenhoven spent a few days in New York.
Whilst on their trip they attended a ball and The Princess looked absoloutely stunning in a glimmery emerald green dress. Margriet topped it all off by wearing a gorgeous emerald tiara with matching necklace and earrings.
The tiara she chose to wear is called The Emerald and Parure Tiara. It's owned by King Willem-Alexander himself and dates back to 1890 (still not the oldest tiara in the extensive Dutch collection). Being a read head I'm a huge fan of anything green. The Emerald Parure suits Princess Margriet. It's perfect for a ball like this as it's not to showy. I think she looks fantastic and so elegant.
