Meghan's father was unable to make the wedding to walk her down the aisle due to a 'heart attack.' Instead her father-in-law Prince Charles did the honour. It was very sweet, and showed how much she has been welcomed into the family.

The bride and groom looked stunning of course. Prince Harry wore his military uniform;

The bride wore a wedding dress designed by Clare Waight Keller

It's a simple, yet beautiful dress. The boat neckline suits her as does the simplicity of style. The veil is stunning. Here's a close up;

The veil is so intricate with those flower embroidered into it. Really beautiful and suits the spring time wedding. The veil was held on by Queen Mary's Diamond Bandeau Tiara or the 'Filigree Tiara.' You can see a close up here.

I love this tiara on Meghan. It's pretty, yet understated. It suits the style she and Harry are going for. They are not over the top people and the whole outfit from dress to tiara speaks volumes.

Like all beautiful love stories, the wedding ended with a kiss. Congratulations to the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. I hope their future is bright with much happiness and joy! Now we turn our eyes to the wedding of Princess Eugenie later this year. This will be the first wedding of a princess since Princess Anne.
