The Netherlands

King Willem-Alexander became the first King of the Netherlands in 123 years when he took over from his mother Queen Beatrix in 2013. Prior to that The Netherlands had been ruled by three generations of queens (including Beatrix). In 1887 The Netherlands included women in the line of succession to the throne and in 1983 allowed the equal rights with males i.e. if a girl is born first she can't be overtaken by a male sibling. In 1922 the constitution was changed to limit the line of succession to three generations of monarchs including the current one (in the Netherlands this currently means only descendants of Queen Juliana).
